Our Addiction Medicine Program is here to help adults who are struggling with substance use. We know reaching out can feel hard, and we are glad you’re here.
Our team provides respectful, private, and judgment-free care. We focus on helping you stay safe, feel better, and reach your personal goals. Treatment is based on your needs, and we work with you every step of the way.
You do not need a referral to get started. Whether you are just thinking about making a change or ready to begin treatment, we are here to support you.
If you have questions or are ready to get started, please call 802-728-7744 to speak with our nurse. We are happy to help.
