Our locations include six primary care clinics, a Critical Access Hospital with a renowned Birthing Center, specialty clinics, and senior living facilities.

Financial Assistance Program
Gifford understands that health care costs can present a financial hardship to families and individuals. We work to help patients find financial assistance through our Financial Assistance Program.
This health center receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
