
Gifford offers Primary Care services at five conveniently located family-friendly clinics dedicated to providing personalized care from birth through end-of-life.
Our team includes family and internal medicine doctors, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners. The Primary Care clinics also coordinate with our prenatal and behavioral health practices to offer integrated, evidenced-based, and coordinated care.

Psychiatry and Counseling

Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine
Gifford pediatric and adolescent medicine provides care for children from birth to age 18, for those entering the workforce, and until age 22 for those attending college. Care is provided by a team of expert pediatric physicians and staff and offered in a family-friendly setting with an emphasis on prevention and wellness as well as timely care for acute illnesses.
Gifford pediatric and adolescent medicine is located at 40 S. Main St. (just beside the hospital in Randolph). Pediatric speech, physical and occupational therapy is also offered onsite.
Bike Helmets
Get low-cost bicycle helmets for your child through our Pediatrics Clinic and have them correctly fitted by our pediatric nurses. Call the pediatric office to learn more or schedule a fitting.
School-Based Health Clinics
Gifford Health Care partners with local school districts to provide comprehensive health care services to students while they are at school. Services are provided by Kathleen Bryant, FNP, in a private office next to the school nurse’s office. Services include: 
- Preventative care
- Acute care
- Health education and resources
- Diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care
- Prescription and medication management
- Nutrition and weight programs
- Referrals to other providers for services not offered within the school based setting
- Monitoring of chronic conditions
- Physical exams and sports clearances
Schools that we partner with include Braintree Elementary School, Brookfield Elementary School, Randolph Elementary School, Randolph Union Middle/High School, and Randolph Technical and Career Center.
If your child’s school partners with Gifford and you would like to sign up your child to receive services from Family Nurse Practioner Kathleen Bryant, please fill out this registration form and return it to your child’s school. *All appointments are billed to your child’s health insurance.
On Call and Emergencies
To contact the doctor on call for urgent health matters, please call 728-7000 and have the on-call doctor paged. This service should be used only for medical problems that cannot wait until normal business hours.
