How do I set up an account?
If you have not already received an email from MyCareCorner to set up your Hospital Patient Portal, please contact our Portal Support at 802-728-2608.
To set up your Clinic Patient Portal, please ask for your email to be added or updated when you register for your next visit at your provider’s office. You will receive an email containing a link that will guide you through the portal set up process.

After your Portals are created, access both Clinic and Hospital Portal log-in pages from our website: www.giffordhealthcare.org
If I already have access to the Hospital Patient Portal do I need to sign up again to access information from the Clinic Patient Portal?
Yes. Each portal runs through a different software system, requiring a sign up for each portal individually.
Who can use the Patient Portals?
Gifford’s portals are available for all adults ages 18 and older, as well as authorized representatives of children from birth to age 12.
Are all of my medical records in the patient portal?
Your medical records may consist of both electronic and paper records. Only electronic records are available through our patient portals. For access to your paper records, please contact our Medical Records Department at (802)-728-2223.
How come I can’t see all of my lab/radiology results?
If your labs were ordered by an outside provider, your results will only show in your Hospital Patient Portal.
If your labs were ordered by your Gifford provider, and are not visible from the Labs/Diagnostic tab, go to your Personal Health Record section and search by date range. Navigate down to Lab Section
I’m a new, first-time parent. Which portal will I use to see information on future visits concerning my newborn?
At your baby’s first visit with a GIfford Pediatrician, provide your email address at registration to set up an account with our Clinic Portal.
Is my information safe?
Yes. Our portals are designed within a secure site created for the transfer of sensitive medical information.
Portal Log-in Specific Questions
What is my username?
Hospital Portal: Your username is the email that you entered in the sign-up process.
Clinic Portal: Your username may vary according to the numbers of portals set up using your email. Please contact Portal Support to confirm your username. (802)-728-2608
How do I reset my password for either portal?
Hospital Portal: Click on the (Forgot Password?) button on the Hospital Portal Log in page and follow the prompts to reset your password.
Clinic Portal: Click on the (Trouble Logging In?) button on the Clinic Portal Log in page and follow the prompts to reset your Username or password.
Can I access either portal on my Smart Phone or Tablet?
Yes, if you have a smartphone or tablet (iPhone or Android device) you can download either Portal App from the Apple AppStore or Google Play store. However, we encourage you to set up your portal on a desktop or laptop before logging in through the app.
Hospital Portal: Download the MyCareCorner app and follow the instructions to set up your account.

Clinic Portal: Download the Healow app and follow the instructions to set up your account login.

When a lab result posts to my portal, will I receive a notification email?
You will receive an email notification when lab results and visit summaries are available to view on your Clinic Portal, but Not the Hospital Portal/ MyCareCorner.
Can I print or save my lab results from either portal?
You can easily print and save your lab results from your clinic portal, but not so easily with the hospital portal/ MyCareCorner.
