Lee-Ann Gregg, APRN

Lee-Ann Gregg, APRN, is a Family Nurse Practitioner providing primary care at Gifford Health Care in Randolph. She cares for patients across the lifespan, with special interests in diabetes management, women’s health, menopause support, and adolescent care.

Lee-Ann brings more than 15 years of experience in acute care, care management, and community health settings throughout Vermont and New Hampshire. She recently completed her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner at the University of New Hampshire.

Known for her collaborative and approachable style, Lee-Ann believes in working alongside patients to help them navigate their healthcare goals and decisions.

“I want patients to feel like I’m there with them—not above them,” Lee-Ann said. “The patient knows themselves better than anybody.”

Originally from New Hampshire, Lee-Ann now lives in Thetford with her husband and youngest son.
