Hannah Geldermann, DO, MPH

Dr. Hannah Geldermann is a family medicine physician providing both primary care and inpatient hospital care at Gifford in Randolph, Vermont. Her clinical interests include women’s and reproductive health, and chronic disease management.

Dr. Geldermann believes in listening closely, meeting patients where they are, and working together to develop care that reflects each patient’s needs and goals.

Originally from Chicago, she came to Vermont to attend Middlebury College and fell in love with the state. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and Master of Public Health degrees from Midwestern University and completed her family medicine residency at the University of Vermont Medical Center, where she served as chief resident.

Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, biking, and skiing and spending time with her husband, Tucker, and their miniature pig, Bernice.
