RANDOLPH, VT — Gifford Health Care is pleased to welcome Lee-Ann Gregg, APRN, to its primary care team in Randolph.
Lee-Ann is a Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 15 years of experience in nursing, care management, and community health. She recently completed her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner at the University of New Hampshire and brings a strong commitment to patient-centered, collaborative care.
At Gifford, Lee-Ann will provide primary care for patients of all ages, with special interests in diabetes care, women’s health, menopause support, and adolescent health.
“My favorite part of being a family nurse practitioner is the breadth of care,” Lee-Ann said. “I really enjoy working with teenagers, patients with diabetes, and women navigating different stages of health and life.”
Lee-Ann says one of the most important parts of her work is helping patients feel heard and supported while navigating an increasingly complex healthcare system.
“Really meeting patients on their level and helping them navigate those pieces is important to me,” she said. “Healthcare can be really challenging.”
She describes her approach as collaborative, approachable, and grounded in listening to patients’ experiences and goals.
“I want patients to feel like I’m there with them—not above them,” Lee-Ann said. “The patient knows themselves better than anybody.”
Her professional background includes experience in hospital care, care coordination, and community-based healthcare settings throughout the region.
Lee-Ann now lives in Thetford with her husband, family, and youngest son, and says she and her husband were drawn to Vermont by the sense of community they found here.
“We always loved Vermont,” Lee-Ann said. “We liked the vibe and the people here.”
Lee-Ann will care for patients in Randolph as part of Gifford’s commitment to accessible, community-based primary care.
