Work by North Thetford photographer Allison Clayton is on display in the Gifford Gallery through February 21, 2018. The 23 photographs in this exhibit include quiet shots of the natural world and capture scenes from throughout Vermont and New England.
Clayton, who graduated from Chelsea High School in 1998, says that she has always been a lover of the arts but rediscovered a passion for photography in 2016. She travels back roads all over New England in search of photo opportunities.
Her work has been shown at Isabell’s Café in East Thetford, and several of her photographs have been published in the Valley News. She currently lives in North Thetford with her husband, Timothy Smith.
This exhibit, which is free and open to the public, will be displayed through February 21, 2018. The gallery is located just inside the hospital’s main entrance at 44 S. Main St. (Route 12) in Randolph. Call Gifford at (802) 728-7000 for more information.
