The swift and effective resolution of a concern provides us with an opportunity to be a more successful health care facility.
If the complaint is one of billing only, the Patient Financial Services Department will investigate and respond to the complaint. When there is an actual or perceived breakdown in service, our Public Relations Department will give feedback in a timely and uniform manner and make the special effort necessary to satisfy an aggrieved patient, family member, or visitor.
