RANDOLPH, Vt.—Oil paintings by Randolph artist Nathon Bump are on display through June 26 in the Gifford Gallery at Gifford Medical Center. The exhibit is free and open to the public.
Bump, whose work is dark and mysterious but also rich in color, has been painting since he was 5 years old.
“Painting is my escape from the world,” he said. “When I finish a painting, I feel more complete.”
The Gifford Gallery is located just inside the hospital’s main entrance at 44 S. Main St., Route 12, in Randolph. Artwork may be purchased by contacting the Gifford Development, Marketing and Public Relations Department, weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. For more information, call 802-728-2380 or email .
