Gifford Presents Levesque Awards to Child Care Center, Grange; Barrett Scholarship to Stephanie Herring
RANDOLPH, Vt.—This week Gifford announced two recipients of the 2024 Philip D. Levesque Memorial Community Award as well as the recipient of the Dr. Richard J. Barrett Scholarship.
