Join us as we help participants make improvements in how they live with Type 2 diabetes. These FREE classes, normally held in person, will be delivered virtually via Zoom. Learn about healthy eating, blood-sugar monitoring, exercise, managing stress, and handling sick days. We’ll also talk about communication with your healthcare provider, problem-solving and planning, and provide an opportunity to connect with other people with Type 2 diabetes and share successes.
Participants are welcome to have a support person present if they would like, and caregivers of people with Type 2 diabetes are also welcome to attend.
