This FREE workshop will include a discussion uncovering the path to your most powerful and purposeful life, the importance of mind-body connection, diet, and accessing other workshops, resources, and tools for a healthier lifestyle. And just when you feel the urge to fidget we’ll practice some breathing exercises and chair yoga.
Open to anyone over the age of 50.
