Gifford Health Care and Vermont Blueprint for Health will offer a free, four-week Vermont Quit Partners Smoking Cessation workshop for people who want to stop smoking or using chewing tobacco.
Quitting can be tough, but you don’t have to do it alone. Offered in partnership with the Vt. Department of Health, this self-management program meets once a week and gives people the motivation and support they need during the quitting process. Participants are eligible for eight weeks of free nicotine replacement patches, gum, or lozenge.
The workshops will start on Tuesday, February 6, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. in the Gifford Conference Center, 44 South Main Street, Randolph, VT. For more information or to sign up call Megan at 802-728-7714
