Jorden Arnett, MD, has joined Gifford’s Ob/Gyn team and is now seeing patients at the Medical Center in Randolph. An Ohio native, she grew up in a small rural community but completed her medical training in an urban setting and brings experience with a wide range of women’s health issues.
“Partnering with women to achieve their goals of a healthy pregnancy, delayed fertility, or surgical management of their gynecologic health is a great privilege,” she said. “I enjoy helping women have control of their bodies and their fertility.”
Arnett received a BS from, Xavier University in Cincinnati, a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Cincinnati, and completed her residency in Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Sciences at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. Her clinical interests include surgical gynecology and working with teens and young adults.
One of five daughters, she finds it easy to work with women and is comfortable with their communication styles. She is excited to be returning to a small community and learning about the unique challenges of health care in rural Vermont.
Dr. Arnett joins Dr. Elisabeth Nigrini and Dr. Melissa Scalera in Randolph. She is seeing patients five days a week at the Medical Center and often has same day appointments available. For an appointment call 728-2401.
