Offered to expecting families by Birthing Center registered nurses Ronda Flaherty and Bonnie Solley, this informal six-week class is being held on Tuesday evenings.
The class will cover: an overview of pregnancy, labor and birth, active relaxation techniques, gentle breathing techniques, variations of normal labor and birth, tours of Gifford’s Birthing Center, postpartum adjustment, and breastfeeding.
