Sen. Bernie Sanders visits Gifford

Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., visited the state’s most recently named Federally Qualified Health Centers on Thursday, including Gifford Health Care in Randolph. Sen. Sanders, along with a couple members of his staff, talked strategy and shared his excitement for enhanced primary care that the new designation will provide. Meeting with Sen. Sanders was a group of Gifford leaders, including Vice President of Hospital Services Linda Minsinger and Medicine Division Medical Director Dr. Joshua Plavin, pictured here with Sen. Sanders.
