Join us for a refreshing walk and conversation with a Gifford provider! Step into Health is a free, community-focused event that encourages physical activity and open dialogue about health. This is your chance to stretch your legs, get outdoors, and talk to one of our providers in a relaxed, informal setting. Whether you’re a seasoned walker or just starting out, all fitness levels are welcome. The event starts with a brief health talk by the provider, followed by a walk at your own pace. Bring comfortable shoes, a water bottle, and your curiosity!
Randolph: We will meet on the Gifford Green (South Main St.) and begin promptly at noon.

Rochester: We will be walking the Peavine Trail – meeting in the parking lot at the end of Peavine Drive/Recreation Field Drive. The event will begin promptly at noon.
